  1. Grab a container, like a jar or bowl. Put the oats and milk or milk alternative together and mix. Cover and put in the fridge, preferably overnight (hence the name), or for at least 4 hours. In the morning, warm if desired and add the raspberries. Drizzle on some maple syrup for added decadence.
