Cheese Crackers and Beetroot Hummus
For the cheese crackers
For the beetroot hummus
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine setting
  3. Put the grated cheese, flour, salt in a bowl and mix well
  4. Add the water and form into a dough
  5. Gather the dough into a ball and flatten to a disc. Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 mins
  6. Roll the dough out to 2mm thick and cut out the shapes
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden
Beetroot Hummus
  1. Roughly chop the cooked beetroots and place in a food processor with the other ingredients, except the salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth, and season to taste.
