My family are generally really easy to cook for, but I’m always on the lookout for easy family meals that are also low GI to keep us all healthy. I have pre-diabetes, plus my mum has recently been diagnosed with diet controlled type 2 diabetes, so the earlier I can start the children into thinking about sugar content in their food, the better for their long term health.
